The grades shown on Dipli are outlined in our specifications. These amendments allow us to provide you with consistent quality, no matter the inventory's origin.

These products have never been activated or used. They are in their original box.
Certified pre-owned
CPO
These products have been refurbished with original parts. The aesthetic state is equal to “new”
Excellent
Grade A
It is the highest grade possible when it comes to refurshed products. The product is spotless with no use marks. A micro scratch is possible but invisible to the naked eye.
Good
Grade B
These products can have one or several light screen scratches, barely visible at more than 20cm. A mark or several scratches can be found on the frame or on the back of the case. The general state is good.
Acceptable
Grade C
These products have visible marks and scratches on the frame, case or screen.

Functionality levels

Our partner factories use data erasure and testing software that meets Dipli specifications. On average, more than 30 checkpoints are needed to certify a device's operation. We offer two different levels of testing.

PREMIUM

80% battery capacity minimum, 700 charge cycles maximum, 100% functional and tested product.

USED

Battery not tested. After sales service for autonomy or battery will not be accepted. Any other functional or aesthetic concern will be taken care of.
